Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is essential for supporting sales and service teams by managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors courteously
  • Process and coordinate sales inquiries, showroom requests, service appointments, and internet leads
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
  • Coordinate communication between customers and dealership personnel
  • Track vehicle sales and manage inventory hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts
  • Assist with paperwork preparation and administrative tasks for Sales and Service departments
  • Support phone and internet sales lead follow-up
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Dependable and highly professional demeanor
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with dealership software and Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
